The Washington State University Intercollegiate College of Nursing continues to provide and promote partnerships with the health care community in Spokane. Our students work, study at and contribute to resources at several health outreach programs in Spokane.
The People's Clinic is a nurse-managed clinic established in 1998 to increase access to health care throughout Spokane County. The clinic is staffed and operated by the Intercollegiate College of Nursing. Some of the services offered at People's Clinic are:

- Well-child exams
- Immunizations
- School sports physicals
- Mental health counseling and referrals
- Medication assistance for qualified clients
- Female and male health exams
- Assistance with Basic Health Insurance applications
- Pregnancy detection and referral
- Sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment
- Acute and chronic health care
- Selective on-site lab testing
