RNI Interns
This year long nurse residency program serves newly employed rural nurses. They may be new graduates, transferring from an urban center or returning to work after a hiatus.
Interns work for the hospital, are paid by the hospital and earn continuing education contact hours from the rural nurse internship. The hospital tailors the residency program to meet the needs of the job description. Washington State University provides program administration support.
